Isaiah 48

10 See, I have refined you, though not as silver;
I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.

How can we truly know what we are capable of
if we have not been pushed to the limit,
standing on the edge of the abyss,
and instead of cursing our lot,
we reach out to the ONE that begs us to call on Him-
to draw us in and hold us close.
